I am a NZILE Registered Legal Executive in our subdivision and property team specialising in residential and commercial conveyancing working closely with Norman Cahill. I joined Glaister Ennor in 2005 as a legal secretary and during that time qualified as a Legal Executive.

I provide advice and support for clients in residential conveyancing maters. I aim to anticipate my client’s needs and tailor advice and solutions to meet my client’s goals on matters in residential property transactions.

I have previously:

• worked on significant unit title commercial developments dealing with a wide variety of property related issues including requirements for disclosure under the new Unit Titles Act
• dealt with a variety of residential conveyancing transactions involving advice on titles and on the preparation of agreements and associated documents
• liaised with company and trust clients and lenders in the preparation of company, trust resolutions, and security documentation required for property transactions; and
• worked with small and medium business enterprises involving their leases and property.

My aim is to be approachable, proactive, and efficient. I also aim to offer consistent, responsive, sound legal advice in providing practical and cost effective outcomes for my clients.
