Senior Legal Executive

My role entails acting for private property and lending clients. I attend to their residential and commercial conveyancing and financing needs. I also act for our in-house mortgage portfolio entities, including assessing, documenting, and advancing loans. Subsequently, I manage the borrowers, repayments, and associated financing matters.

I also assist with large due diligence investigations for our forestry clients and other large corporate clients, both who are carrying out sales or acquisitions.

I pride myself on being proactive, friendly, and approachable. I enjoy working with clients to provide sound advice that ensures we achieve their goals and meet their needs in the most logical and efficient manner.

I am a NZILE Registered Legal Executive. And having been a Legal Executive for over 15 years, I have a significant amount of experience; so, I am confident I can deliver excellent outcomes for my clients in the proactive and efficient manner on which I pride myself.
