I am a solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team at Glaister Ennor.

I specialise in providing legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, sale of shares, shareholder agreements, banking and finance and commercial contracts.

I also have experience in commercial property matters and general administration and planning of property, trusts and estates.

I enjoy working closely with my clients and I am driven to achieve the best possible outcomes by providing prompt, easy to understand and pragmatic advice.

Prior to joining Glaister Ennor I worked for Mike Roberton in the commercial team at Macky Roberton and before that, I worked for a large accounting firm in Auckland.
