I have been practicing law since 2004 with a focus on Family Law.

I represent clients in all family law disputes arising from separation. I also advise clients, who are considering entering into a marriage or de facto relationship, on the protection of their assets.

I endeavour to assist clients through alternative dispute resolutions processes such as Collaborative Law and mediation. I am a trained Collaborative Lawyer.

When appropriate, I also deal with urgent court applications including interim spousal maintenance, protection orders, and orders preventing the removal of a child from New Zealand.

I also speak Korean.
