I am part of the commercial property team and I work closely with Jack Porus, Joint Managing Partner, on a broad spectrum of commercial matters. I am involved in commercial property transactions, commercial leasing, and due diligence investigations. And, I am involved in the firm’s syndicated property investments.

My work also includes a range of private client matters such as residential property transactions, wills, trusts, and estate planning. For example, I:

• ensure commercial legal documentation (such as agreements for sale and purchase, lease documentation, shareholder’s agreements, and joint venture agreements) correctly and accurately reflect the agreed terms and the commercial needs of my clients
• act for both vendors and purchasers in residential and commercial property transactions
• act for both vendors and purchasers in the sale and purchase of business and of company shares; and
• providing advice on trusts, complex estate planning, and estate administration matters.

I am cognisant that legal advice must not only be legally sound, but also financially and commercially viable for my clients. I consider myself to be a pragmatic solicitor with an eye for detail.
